As a PNC Investment Associate, you will assist clients with their financial activities, support branch operations, and deliver outstanding customer service. While looking for ways to advertise PNC goods and services, you will make sure that customers have a good experience.

• Provides customers with knowledge about digital banking instruments, technological alternatives, and self-service options to handle financial transactions.
• Uses knowledge of products and processes to successfully resolve customer challenges.
• Ensures that teller and branch tasks are carried out correctly, while adhering to the policies and procedures outlined by PNC.

Qualifications:
