Financial Consultants leverage their product knowledge and every client interaction to identify needs and deliver financial solutions that help customers achieve long-term financial well-being while making banking easy.

Structuring your daily routine to optimize productivity:

• Using tailored inquiry techniques to convert transactions, account management activities, and routine service requests into consultative cross-selling conversations
• Proactively pursuing sales opportunities by contacting prospects, meeting with businesses to present workplace banking services, and building referral networks
• Effectively balancing competing priorities while achieving daily key performance metrics
• Following established learning and operational practices, including transaction processing, cash drawer management, and completion of bank documentation in compliance with industry and legal requirements

• You possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• You bring at least one year of retail or customer-facing experience involving customer engagement, product recommendations, or sales-related activities, or comparable relevant experience
• You have reliable transportation and flexibility to work branch hours, including weekends and occasional evenings
• You are able to obtain NMLS registration within 90 days of meeting eligibility requirements
