What You’ll Do:

In the capacity of a Retail Banking Specialist, your principal duty entails cultivating and preserving meaningful associations with customers by using your financial knowledge to recommend suitable solutions that address their needs. Engaging in this dual role is instrumental in fostering the branch's achievements by:

• Strengthening customer bonds by recognizing their financial necessities and offering appropriate products and services
• Working together with interdepartmental colleagues, such as Mortgage and Wealth Management, to provide customers with tailored expertise
• Managing a cash register to assist clients both inside the bank premises and through the drive-through window
• Tasks involve initiating fresh accounts, managing existing accounts, and supporting individuals with electronic banking tools
• Acknowledging likely fraudulent activities and other operational or monetary hazards
• Supporting with complying to bank operational guidelines during designated shifts
• Facilitating connections with the community and coordinating events backed by financial establishments

Qualifications:

• Attainment of a bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field
• Possession of a high school diploma or GED is compulsory
• Intermediate computer skills
• Possess the strength to lift up to 50 pounds
