As a Banking Solutions Advisor, you will play a key role in providing personalized financial advice and exceptional service to clients. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about helping clients find the best banking solutions tailored to their financial needs. You will be responsible for building strong relationships, identifying opportunities for financial growth, and offering a range of banking products to support clients' goals and aspirations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries and offering financial solutions that meet their needs.
• Guide customers through a variety of banking products, including deposit accounts, loans, and digital services.
• Identify opportunities to deepen customer relationships by proactively suggesting additional banking products and services tailored to their financial goals.
• Assist clients in navigating the digital banking landscape, ensuring they have access to convenient mobile and online banking tools.
• Support the sales process by making outbound calls, following up on new customer leads, and utilizing referrals to expand business opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with operational, security, and regulatory policies and procedures to safeguard both customers and the bank.
• Work collaboratively with branch team members to meet sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Assist with various branch tasks and responsibilities as required to contribute to the overall success of the team.

Basic Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• At least one year of experience in customer service, financial services, or a related field, with a focus on sales and relationship building.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with financial products and services, including loans, deposits, and digital banking tools.
• Proficiency in handling cash and financial transactions accurately.
• Comfortable with technology, including mobile banking apps and online financial tools.
