The Cash Services Representative works in a TD Store location and plays a key role in delivering legendary customer experiences while processing everyday banking transactions with accuracy and efficiency while also educating customers on TD's products and services or referring them to a partner for specialized solutions.

Responsibilities:

• TD's brand promise to customers is epitomized through the consistent execution of suitable behaviors that aim to deliver a legendary customer experience in the store
• Efficiently handling customer transactions, encompassing activities like deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and safe deposit box services
• Manages cash transactions with a high degree of accuracy, performing duties such as check cashing, currency verification, cash drawer reconciliation, and night deposit processing
• Responds to and resolves customer inquiries and concerns by adhering to standard procedures and escalating to management if needed
• Demonstrates lobby leadership skills through effectively managing customer flow, greeting customers warmly, and offering appropriate guidance
• Appreciates how customers prefer to conduct banking activities in terms of timing and modalities, imparting knowledge on personalized self-service and digital options that align with their preferences
• Advocates for customers by conducting conversations tailored to their needs, presenting financial and digital options, and directing them to appropriate partners for resolution
• Exemplifies strong decision-making abilities and timely problem-solving skills, escalating difficult issues to management for resolution when required
• Ensures compliance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements, such as the Bank Secrecy Act and Patriot Act, while conducting operational activities to minimize risks and protect customers
• Verifies customers' identities following the designated customer authentication policies and procedures
• Verifies and adjusts cash holdings in cash registers, ATMs, and TCDs/TCRs as required
• Maintains adherence to the specified procedures and guidelines for managing safe deposit boxes
• The individual is accountable for cash drawers and vaults, including the maintenance of cash within defined limits and the secure storage of cash

Qualifications:

• Securing a high school diploma or a GED equivalency is often viewed as a fundamental educational milestone that can lead to various pathways for individuals
• Candidates are encouraged to have at least six months of experience in a relevant field, although this requirement can also be met by providing an equivalent level of qualification through volunteering, education, or military experience
• Willing and available to work within the established hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
• Strong customer service capabilities are preferred for this role
• Strong organizational skills

• Ability to perform optimally in a fast-paced and continually shifting context
• Showing prowess in communication through being succinct, clear, and unwavering
