Job Description:

The primary role of the Client Services Banker at Regions is to ensure a superior customer experience, whether at the counter or through telephone interactions, and to contribute to improving customers' financial well-being. The fundamental objective of this position is to build meaningful personal connections with customers while handling transactions, recognizing ways for Regions to address customer needs, and assisting in resolving a variety of customer service issues. This position offers an enticing opportunity for individuals with prior teller experience, some familiarity with banking practices, or exposure to retail sales who seek to commence a career with possibilities for advancement, development, and increased responsibility.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Offers a reliable customer service experience at the cash desk by efficiently managing customers' transactional needs, including deposits, withdrawals, and bill settlements
• Addresses customer concerns regarding products and services and performs basic service tasks such as issuing new or replacement cards, updating details, resetting PINs, reordering checks, and resolving basic issues
• Builds relationships with customers and maintains awareness of their banking relationship
• Educates customers on consumer products and digital tools including mobile apps, online services, and ATM functionality
• Collaborates with team members to support customer issue resolution
• Conducts outbound calls to customers and prospects using provided lead lists
• Refers customers to internal specialists when complex financial needs are identified
• Ensures compliance with banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Achieves branch goals by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate Regions solutions

This position is eligible for overtime compensation in accordance with the Fair Labor Standards Act and includes incentive earning potential.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Availability to work Saturdays as needed
• Ability to manage cash and complete cash transactions accurately
• Strong verbal, written, and digital communication skills
• Comfort with frequent computer use, including typing and extended screen time
• Ability to stand and move for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds

Preferred Qualifications:

• One year of experience in banking, cash handling, or customer service
