Key Accountabilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service by processing transactions efficiently and promptly responding to customer demands.

Education and Experience:

Required:

• Fulfillment of high school diploma or a similar intersection of educational certification and on-the-job training.
• Experience dealing with customers in sales and service roles for a maximum of two years.

Preferred:

• Previous roles within banking, financial services, or retail sales.
