Universal Banker

Job Summary:

The Universal Banker is a front-line role that combines teller and customer service responsibilities. This position supports daily transactions, helps customers with accounts, and builds strong relationships to support bank growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide fast, accurate, and friendly customer service.
Handle daily transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
Open and maintain customer accounts.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking products.
Support digital banking tools and self-service options.
Ensure compliance with banking policies and regulations.
Maintain accurate records and balance transactions.
Resolve customer issues and provide solutions.

Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent.
Experience in cash handling, sales, or customer service.
Previous banking experience preferred.
Basic computer and communication skills.

Skills:

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of banking products and services.

Additional Information:

May require standing or sitting for long periods.
Occasional travel for training or meetings.
Work is performed in a branch environment.
