Job Description:

As a Loan Development Specialist at PNC, you will help customers navigate the mortgage process and support them in achieving their homeownership goals. Your responsibilities will include managing client relationships, providing expert guidance on mortgage products, and ensuring compliance with lending guidelines and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

• Provide mortgage loan recommendations that align with lending regulations and the financial needs of borrowers.
• Manage a portfolio of customer relationships while actively identifying opportunities to retain existing clients and generate new business through proactive sales initiatives.
• Create customized loan solutions and review supporting documentation to ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain and manage the customer pipeline to achieve production, sales, and service objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external business partners to ensure mortgage transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.
• Gather and analyze financial information for customers with complex or diverse borrowing needs.
• Provide professional guidance on mortgage products, lending solutions, and related banking services tailored to customer needs.
• Maintain a strong understanding of PNC products, digital tools, and lending procedures.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Demonstrated success in mortgage sales or related financial services roles.
• Comprehensive knowledge of mortgage products, banking services, and loan origination processes.
• Experience in prospecting, customer relationship management, and maintaining accurate records and documentation.
• Strong communication, financial analysis, and consultative sales skills.
• A college degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience is generally preferred.
• No specific certifications or licenses are required unless mandated by applicable regulations.
