Working closely with advisors, the Financial Planner helps fulfill client needs, identify new prospects, and contribute to the overall advancement of the team, ensuring a cohesive approach to business growth.

These are the primary tasks and duties that an individual is expected to carry out in a professional capacity:

• Play a role in determining the strategic roadmap for the Financial Advisor team to enhance revenue generation.
• Engage in discussions with clients and potential clients by analyzing their goals, aims, and risk appetite to suggest and implement appropriate investment vehicles and offerings.
• Help clients with their trading activities, informational queries, research requirements, account challenges, and general service concerns.
• Guarantee continual relationship supervision by participating in frequent reviews, advisory conversations, and client service initiatives.
• Help with developing client-facing materials and facilitating presentations.
• Support the Advisor in building and upholding successful securities and insurance revenue streams by tapping into networking, internal referrals, and identified prospects.
• Abide by Truist's professional expectations and adhere to the regulatory guidelines of FINRA and other overseeing organizations.

Qualifications:

• The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Banking, or a related subject, or have gained similar qualifications through education and work experience.
• Candidates need to demonstrate a track record of four years in a professional capacity, with obligatory experience of one year in the securities field.
• Meeting the requirements for the FINRA Series 7 and 66 is obligatory.
• State health and life insurance licenses that are applicable and harmonized with the registrations of backed advisors.
• Strong capabilities in organization, analytical thinking, problem-solving, interpersonal communication, and relationship management, highlighting a versatile skill set across multiple domains.
• Adeptness in Microsoft Office tools is crucial in many workplaces.
• Willing to seek out additional industry certifications in the realm of wealth or investment management.
