Mortgage Loan Officer

Job Summary:

As a Mortgage Loan Officer at PNC, you will guide clients through the mortgage process, helping them achieve their homeownership goals. You will manage a portfolio of client relationships, provide expert guidance on mortgage products, and ensure compliance with lending guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Recommends mortgage loan solutions in accordance with lending guidelines and client requirements.
• Manages a portfolio of customer relationships, seeking opportunities to retain and develop new clients through proactive sales efforts.
• Develops and prepares customized loan solutions while reviewing documentation to ensure compliance.
• Manages the customer pipeline efficiently to meet production and service goals.
• Collaborates with internal and external partners to complete mortgage transactions smoothly.
• Collects and analyzes customer financial information for complex or multifaceted borrowers.
• Provides expert consultation on mortgage products and related banking services to meet customer needs.
• Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of PNC’s products, digital tools, and lending policies.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven success in mortgage sales or related financial services roles.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage products, banking solutions, and loan origination processes.
• Skilled in client prospecting, relationship management, and documentation accuracy.
• Effective communication, financial analysis, and consultative selling abilities.
• Typically requires a college or university degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• No specific certifications required.
