The Relationship Banker develops and cultivates long-term client relationships by providing personalized financial solutions, advice, and exceptional customer service. This role is responsible for strengthening existing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, referring clients to specialized banking partners, promoting digital banking solutions, and delivering an outstanding banking experience while supporting community outreach efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
Identify client financial needs and recommend appropriate banking products and services.
Cross-sell consumer and small business banking products and refer clients to Mortgage, Investments, Treasury Management, Wealth Management, Commercial Banking, and other specialized partners.
Conduct proactive client outreach through follow-up calls, onboarding activities, marketing campaigns, and community events.
Process banking transactions accurately while complying with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
Resolve client service issues and provide account servicing and maintenance.
Educate clients on digital banking services, including online banking, mobile banking, and ATM solutions.
Support fraud prevention efforts by following security procedures and completing required training.
Contribute to branch sales goals through new account production, lending, referrals, and client retention.
Represent the bank through community outreach and networking activities.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED equivalent.
Minimum one year of relationship-based client consultation or consultative sales experience (banking experience preferred).
For Relationship Banker, minimum one year of banking experience including deposits, account servicing, new account opening, and consumer lending.
Eligible to register with the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS), or currently registered.
