Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships throughout the loan process and lifecycle

• Oversee loan operations from inception to recovery, ensuring full compliance with laws and regulations
• Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues through telephone calls, email threads, chat interfaces, and in-house communication software

• Educate customers about optional insurance products and confirm their understanding of loan terms and options

Qualifications Required:

• Securing a high school diploma or successfully completing the GED examination opens doors to diverse prospects
• Can accommodate working on-site during standard business hours and occasionally working longer, including Saturdays
• Displays prowess in expressing ideas effectively through speaking and writing
• Competent in leveraging technology effectively and multitasking across different systems
• Expertly navigating confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Preferred:

• Mastery of sales, collections, or customer engagement is beneficial
• Proficient in Spanish, demonstrating verbal and written proficiency
• Prior engagement in the financial services or consumer lending sector
• Competent in utilizing loan origination systems and CRM applications is necessary
• Being knowledgeable about federal and state lending regulations, which involve laws like the Truth in Lending Act and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, is crucial
• Demonstrated success in achieving or outperforming sales objectives
• Capable of effectively solving problems and making informed decisions
• Exhibiting a team-oriented attitude with the capacity for independent contribution
