As a Senior Banking Representative, your role will include:

• Establishing and nurturing long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with customers.
• Assessing the financial needs of clients, recommending products and services, and ensuring that customers are aware of additional opportunities for financial growth.
• Utilizing the bank's latest technology tools to meet the evolving needs of our customers and to enhance the banking experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets for a variety of products, such as commercial and industrial loans (CI), commercial real estate loans (CRE), small business administration (SBA) loans, home mortgages, treasury management services, deposit products, wealth management, international banking services, wire transfers, and a variety of commercial and consumer offerings.
• Creating and customizing various loan products, including Home Equity Lines of Credit (HELOC), Residential Mortgages, and Business Loans.
• Remaining up-to-date with regulatory requirements and MLO annual renewal processes. Develop a thorough understanding of interest rates, financing, and calculations to assist mortgage clients.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the bank's loan portfolio and the eligibility criteria for each product.
• Assist customers with their financial needs by facilitating activities such as cash withdrawals, deposits, fund transfers, making payments on loans or credit cards, wire transfers, and exchanging foreign currencies.
• Display a strong sense of initiative and commitment, ensuring that client needs are always prioritized and met with the highest level of service.
• Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to effectively resolve any customer issues or challenges.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to provide customers with the best possible financial solutions.
• Engage confidently with customers, clearly explaining available products and services and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Provide mentorship and coaching to junior staff, helping them meet sales and service targets and ensuring their professional growth.
• Effectively utilize digital resources and technologies to streamline the customer banking experience and enhance satisfaction.
• Help customers navigate and connect with the latest banking technologies, ensuring they make the most of available services.
• Complete additional tasks and assignments as needed to contribute to the branch's success.

Qualifications include:

• A high school diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• At least two years of experience in customer service, teller functions, sales, and mortgage loan origination (MLO) within the banking or financial services sector.
• Possession of Series 6 and 63 licenses, allowing for the conduct of investment activities and the sale of life insurance products.
• Strong financial acumen, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to clients.
• Proficiency in sales strategies and customer relations, with a focus on networking and acquiring new clients.
• Expertise in branch technology, mobile apps, and online banking systems.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, strong decision-making capabilities, and excellent customer service abilities.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and integrate them into your daily work processes.
• Adherence to company policies and industry regulations to ensure efficient and compliant banking operations.
