Key Tasks and Duties:

  • Manages numerous daily engagements, which involve fundamental queries and arranging meetings, with both potential and current clients through phone calls, face-to-face interactions, virtual settings, and postal correspondence.
  • Offers vital support to Financial Advisors and branch office personnel, both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Handles the processing of client financial transactions and advisor/branch expense documentation with a focus on meticulous organization and accuracy.
  • Initiates the setup of fresh client profiles and examines both client and security data through internal databases and other technological means.
  • Checks to ensure that client paperwork and documentation meet the firm's and industry standards, making any necessary corrections or updates to ensure compliance. Continuously monitors the status of all paperwork to ensure completion and accuracy.
  • Creates written materials such as letters, paperwork, and analyses to facilitate client maintenance and acquisition.
  • Develops business overview reports and individualized client reports to be reviewed by advisors.
  • Maintains and updates records and files through the utilization of Client Relationship Management (CRM) software.
  • Provides support to financial advisors in their marketing endeavors, which involve hosting workshops and events for clients.
  • Has the authority to enter orders based on the guidance of the Financial Advisor.
  • Takes part in training, cross-training, and professional development activities to stay informed about company and industry policies.
  • Executes tasks beyond the designated responsibilities.

  • The framework of a corporation, its guidelines, vision, and tactics.
  • Common practices, routines, and strategies implemented in office settings.
  • Theories, applications, and protocols involved in securities market investments.
  • The subject matter pertains to the realm of finance, encompassing markets, products, and the guidelines set forth by regulatory bodies.

  • CRM systems and related contact management software are tools used for organizing and optimizing customer interactions and communication data.
  • Excel is a popular tool utilized for spreadsheet development and generating reports to present data in an organized and visually appealing manner.

  • Utilizing common office equipment and essential software applications.
  • Reviewing and investigating account data.

Description of Educational Qualifications and Professional History:

A high school diploma or an equal qualification is mandatory. It is advantageous to have one year or more of prior experience in the securities sector or a similar field, or an equivalent mix of experience, education, and/or training sanctioned by HR.
