The primary duty of the Client Services Representative involves executing transactions and attending to customer service requests within the branch setting. Additionally, this position aims to enhance customer knowledge and understanding of the bank's products and services, tools, and support systems, while actively participating in the branch's sales endeavors by recognizing and recommending potential sales leads to the suitable bank contact.

• Helping customers become more informed and educated about the range of services offered by the bank, particularly in the realm of digital banking capabilities
• Presenting clients with the opportunity to meet additional branch team members or affiliated experts capable of meeting their financial service needs

Qualifications:

• Obtaining a high school diploma or GED equivalent is imperative for personal and professional growth
• 6 months of customer service or financial transaction proficiency
• Sales experience or prior roles within the banking field
• Competence in financial literacy; understanding of retail banking offerings and services
