In the role of Treasury Relationship Executive, the individual is entrusted with the responsibility of advising Not-For-Profit Healthcare and Private Higher Education entities on a range of critical aspects, including working capital, financial technology, and operational requirements. This professional is essential for providing specialized recommendations to clients, leading strategic discussions with senior management and revenue cycle teams, predominantly in healthcare and educational domains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in strategic dialogues with executives at the highest levels and Revenue Cycle units, especially in healthcare, to offer individualized financial approaches.
• Advise customers on a broad spectrum of treasury offerings, comprising payment systems, revenue collection, financial fluidity, card platforms, and internet-based trading.
• Showcase expertise in healthcare reform, industry complexities, and emerging directions, ensuring clients are kept abreast and engaged. Lead and partake in speaking events at prominent industry organizations, including HFMA (Healthcare Financial Management Association) and NACUBO (National Association of College and University Business Officers).
• Initiate and implement client and prospect events that emphasize industry trends including Innovation, Fraud Prevention, Enhancing Patient Contentment, and System Integration. Build and uphold robust client relationships to secure ongoing engagement and exceptional levels of contentment.
• Formulate and execute a strategic strategy to promote the growth of existing client portfolios and attract new business ventures. Spearhead the expansion of Solutions Per Relationship (SPR) by supplying clients with a diverse set of treasury products. Pinpoint opportunities to fortify client relationships and offer complete solutions customized to their preferences.
• Establish timely and influential client engagement by focusing on exceptional service delivery and meeting business objectives. Formulate and execute ongoing market strategies to uphold successful client relationships and foster long-term expansion.

Qualifications:

• Candidates should possess a minimum of six years of experience in treasury sales and card solutions, with a strong preference for those with a background in healthcare banking or revenue cycle sectors.
• Meeting the educational requirement of a BA/BS Degree or commensurate practical experience.
• Capable of developing and presenting personalized solutions with strong sales and negotiation expertise.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills, encompassing verbal and written proficiency to successfully interact with clients and internal teams.
• Exceptional capacity to juggle various tasks by utilizing strong time management, organizational, and planning skills.
• Fostering client engagement and relationship management expertise to foster sustained connections.
• Capability to operate effectively within a sizable, matrix-based banking system and communicate with diverse stakeholders.
• Extensive expertise in Treasury services and products.
• Capable of managing clients across various regions and adept at prioritizing tasks while ensuring a harmonious client mix.
