Job Description: Mortgage Sales Manager:

Supports the Mortgage Sales Manager in guiding and overseeing Mortgage Loan Originators to achieve production goals, operational efficiency, and regional profitability, while also managing a personal portfolio of retail mortgage loans. Leads recruiting, screening, and training of high-performing professionals, with a strong focus on employee retention and performance management. Actively participates in mortgage, real estate, and construction organizations at both local and state levels to remain informed on industry trends and issues. Communicates corporate goals, objectives, and performance results to the team, fostering a high-performance sales culture through coaching, training, and development of marketing materials.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of two years of experience as a Retail Mortgage Loan Originator.
• At least two years of supervisory or management experience.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to generate new business and maintain long-term client relationships.
• In-depth knowledge of mortgage products, processes, and current market trends.
• Advanced understanding of sales strategies and techniques.
