Job Description for Financial Drifter:

As a Financial Drifter at PNC, you will provide exceptional customer service, help customers manage their financial transactions, and support branch operations. You will create a positive customer experience while identifying opportunities to promote PNC products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Provides a distinct customer journey centered on enhancing financial wellness and nurturing customer commitment.
• Manages various customer engagements accurately and efficiently.
• Provides customers with information about other choices they have for managing their financial transactions.
• Discovers opportunities in customer engagements and directs them to the appropriate branch personnel.
• Involves customers in lobby events and significant discussions.
• Tailors PNC offerings to address customer preferences.
• Recognizes chances for sales growth and directs clients to the suitable colleagues to enhance connections.
• Supports customers in learning about digital banking tools, technological choices, and self-help resources for managing financial transactions efficiently.
• Utilizes understanding of products and procedures to efficiently address customer issues.
• Confirms that teller and branch operations are performed accurately, adhering closely to the policies and procedures set forth by PNC.

Qualifications:

• Experience is not necessary.
