Job Description:

Old National Bank is seeking a Banking Executive to join its Commercial Banking team. This position focuses on building and managing relationships with business customers, identifying lending and deposit opportunities, and delivering financial solutions tailored to client objectives. Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• At least five years of experience in commercial banking, business lending, or a related financial services role.
• Strong knowledge of commercial lending practices, credit evaluation, loan structuring, and banking regulations.
• Proven ability to generate business opportunities and achieve sales objectives.
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities:

Business Development:

• Develop new commercial banking relationships through networking, referrals, community involvement, and proactive outreach.
• Identify opportunities for loans, deposits, treasury services, and other banking solutions.
• Build lasting partnerships with business owners, developers, professional contacts, and community organizations.
• Understand client financial objectives and recommend appropriate products and services.

Loan Origination:

• Review commercial loan requests to confirm appropriate structure, pricing, documentation, and compliance with lending standards.
• Analyze financial statements, cash flow, credit information, and other data to assess creditworthiness.
• Work with credit, underwriting, lending, and operations teams to facilitate efficient loan processing.
• Guide clients through loan applications, documentation, approval, and closing requirements.

Portfolio Management:

• Manage and develop an assigned portfolio of commercial banking relationships.
• Monitor portfolio performance, financial conditions, and overall credit quality.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing relationships through additional banking products and services.
• Address portfolio concerns proactively by coordinating with internal teams to develop effective solutions.
