Responsibilities include:

• Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly acknowledging customers, identifying their needs, recommending suitable products and services, and addressing their queries promptly.
• Initiate client engagement in financial evaluations and business assessments to offer customized solutions and identify additional financial necessities.
• Ensure that clients receive suggested actions and deliver on promises to them.
• Ensures direct contact is maintained with external and internal clients, consistently providing proactive solutions and resolving problems in alignment with the bank's Breakthrough Client Service Standards.
• Assists clients in setting up both consumer and business accounts, catering to both new and current customers.
• Collaborates with Client Service Specialists to create a supportive team atmosphere and performs teller tasks, such as cash transactions, when called upon.
• Assisting in achieving the branch objective of recognizing and directing various bank offerings and amenities to the suitable internal associates.
• Remains current on products and operational methods.
• Addresses client problems and inquiries diligently, showing effective persistence.
• Forming connections with commercial, clientele, and reliability entities.
• Additional duties may be required as delegated.

Qualifications include:

• A high school diploma or its equivalent, the General Educational Development (GED) credential, is necessary.
• Those with a background in client service specialist (teller) or similar banking positions for a year will be favored in the selection process.
• Understanding the fundamental concepts of retail banking and the range of products and services available to customers.
• Zeal and ability to actively refine expertise in consumer lending.
• Skill in adhering to established Standard Operating Procedures.
• Ability to handle cash effectively, reconcile accounts, and perform precise mathematical computations.
• Capacity to fulfill numerous and diverse client demands promptly.
• Adept at strengthening client relationships through the initiation of fresh connections and the expansion of ongoing ones, utilizing personal and business history to establish a meaningful rapport with customers.
• Knowledgeable about state statutes and rules concerning goods and services.
• Adequate skills in reading, writing, and basic math are required.
• Capable of carrying items weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Capacity to tolerate standing for extended periods of time.
• Possessing a preferred credential of Nationwide Multistate Licensing and Registry (NMLS) is highly valued.
