Job Description for Financial Planner:

The appointed candidate will bear the responsibility of evaluating, interpreting, and formulating data affiliated with the financial records, forecasts, and budgets of the Bank. This necessitates a profound comprehension of financial matters and calls for sharp analytical skills.

Responsibilities for Financial Planner:

• Manages the monthly forecasting and annual budgeting processes by leveraging financial systems and spreadsheets, working in tandem with Senior Leadership to formulate accurate and feasible financial plans.
• Execute a detailed comparison analysis, detect key contributors affecting performance openings and threats, and provide perceptive commentary to expound on financial outcomes to management.
• Deliver financial reports to Senior Leadership.
• Develop and manage comprehensive financial models and dashboards to monitor important performance indicators and financial metrics.
• Compile financial reports periodically, be it monthly, quarterly, or annually, for senior executives, using visual presentations and graphs to emphasize patterns and facilitate comprehension.
• Provide support to various stakeholders throughout the organization in reporting and monitoring business drivers, financial effects, and progress towards strategic goals.
• Partner with Accounting, FP&A, and other sectors to ensure alignment of information across financial plans and operational delivery.
• Undertake any extra duties as given.

Qualifications for Financial Planner:

• A Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field bachelor's degree is a prerequisite.
• Demonstrating expertise accumulated over a 3- to 5-year period.
• Comprehensive understanding of financial concepts alongside a proven capability in financial modeling and analysis; clear grasp of financial statement interpretation.
• Strong presentation capabilities demonstrated through the clear and concise communication of intricate concepts.
• The role requires interacting with multiple teams and stakeholders across the organization, highlighting the significance of a collaborative mindset.
• Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint, is a must-have skill, with a preference for proficiency in Hyperion Essbase, Alteryx, Tableau, and Power BI.
• Competence in managing a diverse workload and meeting established deadlines.
