Job Description:

As an Account Opening Specialist at PNC, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, assisting clients with financial transactions, and supporting daily branch operations. This role focuses on creating a positive customer experience while identifying opportunities to recommend PNC products and financial services.

• Assist customers in understanding digital banking tools, self-service options, and technology solutions for convenient transaction management.
• Resolve customer concerns effectively using strong product knowledge and operational procedures.
• Ensure teller and branch operations are completed accurately while following company policies and procedures.
