Primary Job Duties:

• Build positive customer relationships by delivering attentive and personalized banking support.
• Complete financial transactions and customer service requests accurately within established timelines.
• Explain available banking options and transaction methods to help customers make informed financial decisions.
• Identify customer requirements and refer clients to specialized banking representatives when appropriate.
• Create engaging customer experiences through branch interactions, lobby activities, and professional communication.
• Recommend banking products and services that best suit customer goals and financial situations.
• Support branch growth by recognizing cross-selling opportunities and introducing customers to relevant team members.
• Assist clients with online banking platforms, digital tools, and self-service resources for easier account management.
• Handle customer concerns professionally by using operational knowledge and problem-solving skills.
• Follow company procedures and compliance standards while performing teller and branch-related responsibilities.
