As a Wealth Manager at PNC, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service, assisting clients with financial transactions, and supporting branch operations. This role focuses on enhancing client financial well-being, strengthening long-term relationships, and identifying opportunities to offer relevant banking products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver a personalized client experience centered on improving financial prosperity and building customer loyalty.
• Manage a variety of customer interactions with accuracy and efficiency.
• Assist clients in exploring suitable options for handling their financial transactions.
• Identify opportunities during client interactions and refer them to appropriate branch specialists.
• Encourage customer participation in branch events, discussions, and engagement activities.
• Present PNC products and services in alignment with customer needs and financial goals.
• Recognize sales opportunities and connect clients with relevant team members to deepen relationships.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools, technology options, and self-service solutions for efficient financial management.
• Apply product knowledge and procedural expertise to resolve customer issues effectively.
• Ensure branch and teller operations are completed accurately and in compliance with PNC policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• No prior experience required.
