Job Description:
The position of a Investment Solutions Advisor at entails providing thorough financial advice and individualized solutions to clients, assisting them in reaching their financial goals and navigating various life stages adeptly. Your role will involve establishing strong client connections, analyzing their financial needs, suggesting bespoke strategies, and recommending suitable financial instruments. You will be a reliable partner in managing clients' investment objectives, retirement planning, wealth management, and other significant financial priorities.
Responsibilities:
Working alongside clients to establish their financial objectives for the present and future by crafting a customized financial plan using brokerage products including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and banking and investment services
Puts forward banking and investment recommendations that are in line with the financial goals and needs of the client
Screens client requests and channels them to the relevant internal service providers based on client requirements and financial limits
Moderates and restrains risk during regular activities
Acknowledges and establishes connections with potential clients through referrals or those engaging with financial centers
Provides support and feedback to referral connections based on an understanding of client needs and recommended product services
Required Qualifications:
Holds at least one year of expertise in the investments field, with a background in investment education and a thorough comprehension of different investment vehicles.
Needs to have one year of experience in the financial service industry or a sales environment and a proven history of meeting or exceeding objectives.
Attains success by diligently working towards identified goals.
Builds and sustains strong connections.
Demonstrates the ability to work in harmony with others to achieve shared objectives.
Excels in conveying messages with confidence and ease, fostering successful engagements with diverse clients.
Directs goals, manages complexity, prioritizes tasks, and accomplishes them promptly in a high-speed environment.
Shows enthusiasm for acquiring new knowledge, readily adjusts to fresh information, and is dedicated to finding effective solutions for clients.
Effectively handles workload and time constraints.
Adopts a meticulous and thoughtful stance in fusing essential regulatory reviews into the daily routines and lasting strategies for clients.
Desired Qualifications:
Possessing advanced computer abilities and the skill to multitask proficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated proficiency in the financial services sector or sales field for a minimum of three years, consistently meeting or exceeding objectives.
Secured more professional designations including Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and/or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC).
Attained your insurance permits.
Minimum Education Requirement:
Successful completion of high school or an equivalent program is required
