Key Responsibilities:

As a Personal Banking Associate, your primary duty is to cultivate and maintain strong client relationships by applying your financial knowledge to recommend solutions that meet their needs. This role is vital in supporting branch success by:

• Building long-term relationships with customers by understanding their financial needs and recommending suitable products and services
• Collaborating with internal teams such as Mortgage and Wealth Management to connect clients with specialized expertise
• Operating a cash drawer to assist clients at the teller counter and drive-up lanes
• Opening new accounts, maintaining account records, and helping clients navigate digital banking products
• Identifying potential fraud and operational or financial risks
• Supporting bank opening and closing procedures based on shift requirements
• Assisting with community engagement and bank-sponsored events

Qualifications:

• 4 to 6 years of progressively responsible experience in customer service, data management, or financial services
• High school diploma or GED required
• Intermediate computer skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
