Job Summary of Private Banker:

As a Private Banker at Banner Bank, you are tasked with providing clients with exceptional service, processing transactions accurately, and promoting the bank's products through personal interactions and phone conversations. Your role involves assisting clients in reaching their financial goals and working collaboratively within a team to fulfill all tasks effectively while maintaining a high level of personal reliability and punctuality.

Qualification of Private Banker:

• The position necessitates candidates to have a history of at least three months working in areas that involve cash handling, client interactions, and sales functions
• It is advantageous to have worked as a teller before
• Skilled in coordinating activities effectively; foundational skills in mathematics, negotiation, and issue resolution
• Excellent verbal and written communication competencies; appropriate telephone and email decorum
• Demonstrates effectiveness in developing interpersonal relationships and fostering connections; excels in providing top-quality customer service
• Those with expanded experience may be eligible for promotion to a higher-level position in the same job.
