Our employees in Retail Support are a key piece to the success and daily functions of our branches across Zions Bank.

Retail Support is a department of traveling tellers and bankers who support Zions Bank branches throughout their geographical area in the case of absenteeism. This position offers an opportunity to gain a large skill set in the fundamentals of banking while also providing networking opportunities. Our mission is to support our branches and help them fulfill strategic objectives and carry out Zions Bank's company vision.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of two years of experience in banking, cash handling, customer service, financial balancing, or a related field, or completion of an approved training program.
• Experience handling cash transactions, account reconciliation, debit and credit principles, and banking products.
• Strong mathematical skills.
• Ability to maintain accuracy while meeting customer needs.
• Skill in recommending financial products that align with customer requirements.

The ideal candidate will be able to:

• Deliver exceptional customer service while protecting the branch from potential losses.
• Maintain a strong understanding of branch operations.
• Grow customer relationships using proven sales and coaching techniques, including loan applications and cross-selling bank products.
• Manage cash transactions and perform customer service duties.
• Complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
