Job Description:Customer Sales Associate

The Customer Sales Associate is responsible for delivering an exceptional in-branch experience by combining customer service and sales support.You will be responsible for delivering a seamless customer experience by handling both service and sales functions, including transaction processing, account servicing, and promoting banking solutions to support customers in achieving their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately process teller transactions in accordance with bank policies and procedures
• Proactively engage customers to identify needs and generate sales opportunities and referrals
• Open new accounts and manage account maintenance and service requests
• Build strong customer relationships using CRM tools and personalized engagement strategies
• Ensure compliance with all banking regulations, policies, and risk management standards
• Assist customers in using digital banking tools and platforms effectively

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or sales required
• 6–12 months of cash handling experience preferred
