A Floating Banking Specialist is a flexible financial professional who supports multiple branch locations by delivering a broad range of banking services, including account management, transaction processing, financial guidance, and promotion of banking products. This role is responsible for strengthening customer relationships, ensuring compliance with banking regulations, and contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the financial institution.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Support customers in carrying out daily financial transactions such as depositing money, withdrawing cash, and transferring funds
• Establishing and looking after personal and entrepreneurial banking accounts
• Provide information on banking offerings including loans, credit card opportunities, and savings options
• Assess the needs of clients and recommend suitable financial options
• Cultivate and uphold enduring customer bonds to secure their satisfaction and allegiance
• Adhere to all internal policies while also following government regulations diligently
• Provide efficient and courteous solutions to customer problems
• Partner with the branch to reach its sales and service targets successfully
• Ensure that records and documents are accurately maintained
