Job Summary:

As a Mortgage Consultant at PNC, you will help clients navigate the home financing process and support them in achieving their homeownership goals. Your responsibilities will include managing customer relationships, providing guidance on mortgage solutions, and ensuring compliance with lending requirements and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Recommend mortgage loan solutions based on lending guidelines and the individual financial needs of borrowers.
• Manage a portfolio of customer relationships while actively developing new business opportunities through proactive sales efforts.
• Prepare customized loan options and review documentation to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Maintain and manage the customer pipeline to meet production, sales, and service goals.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure mortgage transactions are completed efficiently.
• Collect and analyze customer financial information, including cases involving complex borrowing needs.
• Provide professional guidance on mortgage products, lending solutions, and banking services tailored to customer needs.
• Maintain a strong understanding of PNC products, digital tools, lending guidelines, and mortgage processes.

Qualifications:

• Proven success in mortgage sales or related financial services roles.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage products, lending practices, and loan origination procedures.
• Experience in business development, customer relationship management, and accurate documentation practices.
• Excellent communication, financial analysis, and consultative sales skills.
• A college degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience is typically preferred.
• No specific certifications or licenses are required unless otherwise mandated by regulations.
