Job Description:

As a Business Partner Consultant, it will be your duty to offer individualized financial counseling and guidance to commercial clients on a range of banking and borrowing services. Your main task is to assist businesses in prospering by utilizing a diverse set of financial options that match their growth targets and life-stage goals.

Responsibilities:

• Provides financial recommendations and guidance that aligns with the client's financial aspirations and needs
• Fosters and builds connections with fresh and established clientele by utilizing the bank's full range of resources efficiently
• Studies client financial needs and utilizes expertise in borrowing and banking to suggest alternative or additional financial services that are the most appropriate for the client's specific priorities
• Engages clients through outreach activities and streamlines pipeline management, consistently following up to ensure client needs are met efficiently
• Determines the course of action for client requests and guides them to the correct internal partners based on the client's needs
• Works closely with financial center leaders, performance managers, and market leaders to provide customized mentoring and support
• Financial center associates collaborate during meetings to optimize the client experience and ensure satisfaction

Required Qualifications:

• Exhibits a history of success and experience in the fields of B2B sales or small business banking.
• Is skilled in communication and has the ability to influence clients effectively.
• Demonstrates mastery in customer service skills, managing the entirety of the client experience and resolving problems successfully.
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales goals consistently.
• Shows proficiency in fostering productive collaborations and professional rapport.
• Has prior experience in outbound sales over the phone.

• Proficient in utilizing financial data, spreadsheets, and financial skills effectively.
• Directly managing customer service and sales in a physical environment.
