Responsibilities for Banking Advisor:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
Evaluate client financial needs and recommend appropriate banking products and services.
Promote consumer and small business banking solutions while connecting clients with Mortgage, Investments, and Wealth Management specialists.
Strengthen client relationships through proactive outreach, follow-up calls, onboarding activities, marketing campaigns, and community events.
Process financial transactions accurately while ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
Assist clients with account servicing, maintenance requests, and resolving service-related concerns.
Educate clients about digital banking solutions, including online banking, mobile banking, and ATM services.
Support fraud prevention efforts by following security procedures and completing required training programs.
Help achieve branch sales goals through new account growth, lending support, client referrals, and relationship retention.
Represent the bank by participating in community outreach and networking activities.
Qualifications for Banking Advisor:
High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
Minimum one year of client consultation experience focused on building relationships, with consultative sales or banking experience preferred.
At least one year of banking experience involving deposits, account servicing, new account opening, and consumer lending is preferred.
Eligible for NMLS registration or currently registered with the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS).
