Branch Service Manager:

Qualifications:

• Having a high school diploma or GED is desirable.
• Demonstrating a track record of 5 years of practical experience in a specialized field.
• Three years of experience managing or supervising others is necessary.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience and/or training in a related field is required, with a strong foundation in commercial lending or product awareness.
• Ability to interpret, analyze, and comprehend the information presented in balance sheets portraying a company's financial health.
• Capability to efficiently communicate information and respond to inquiries from diverse groups like managers, employees, customers, and the public.

Responsibilities:

• Design, regulate, and oversee the holistic activities and functioning of a thorough branch office, inclusive of overseeing and appraising sales and customer service output relative to established plans and standards.
• Interact with current and potential clients within the establishment and through external advertising campaigns to present new goods and services to a different set of customers and business organizations.
• Attract clients, enterprises, communities, and non-profit organizations to expand the customer base; conduct training programs for employees on sales strategies, servicing, and product education.
• Construct a tailored business model designed to drive maximum financial gain from the designated banking products.
• Be vigilant in executing the procedures related to the safeguarding and oversight of assets, documents, securities, and loan collateral.
• Produce financial and regulatory filings that adhere to legal stipulations, protocols, and senior management requirements.
• Take part in community functions and liaise with organizations within the community to publicize and advocate for the different bank products and services.
• Manage the performance of branch staff by supervising one or more subordinate supervisors who are in charge of overseeing employees throughout the branch.
• Ensure the implementation of supervisory responsibilities in compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable legislation.
• Other obligations entail conducting interviews, recruiting, and training staff members; planning, assigning, and overseeing work; evaluating performance; rewarding achievements and implementing disciplinary measures; responding to complaints and resolving conflicts.
