Key Accountabilities:

• Coach, mentor, and inspire your branch team to consistently achieve excellence in sales, customer service, and daily operational responsibilities.
• Administer the front-line operational systems to ensure they remain fully compliant with firm policy, procedural workflows, and banking regulations.
• Facilitate the progress of local enterprises by enticing prospective customers and empowering the current consumer list through consultative services.
• Engage with a range of internal specialists across different areas of expertise to deliver complete and personalized financial responses to clients.
• Appeal to, integrate, steer, and nurture a high-quality team that functions in alignment with the values and service standards of the organization.
• Define accurate branch standards and carry out detailed strategies to reach or exceed operational targets set for the team.

Education and Experience:

Required:

• An associate degree or an equivalent pairing of structured learning and practical skill set.
• Established background of two years managing sales initiatives or supervising a team.
• Experience of engaging directly in sales activities within a target-centric framework for a minimum of two years.
• Candidates should have gained a minimum of five years of professional experience in banking or financial services sectors.

Preferred:

• An undergraduate degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is a prerequisite.
• Documented success in leading teams within a financial center or retail bank branch.
