Job Description:

A Commercial Banking Associate supports clients with a broad range of banking services, including opening new accounts, processing financial transactions, providing guidance on banking solutions, and promoting relevant financial products and services. This role is essential in building strong customer relationships, maintaining compliance with banking regulations, and contributing to the overall performance and success of the branch or financial institution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with everyday banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers
• Open and maintain both personal and business banking accounts
• Provide guidance on banking products, including loans, credit cards, and savings options
• Assess customer financial needs and recommend suitable banking solutions
• Develop and maintain positive customer relationships to encourage long-term loyalty and satisfaction
• Ensure adherence to internal procedures and applicable regulatory requirements
• Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Support the achievement of branch sales and customer service objectives through effective teamwork
• Maintain complete and accurate customer records and documentation
