Job Summary:

As a Corporate Banker at PNC, you will provide exceptional customer service, help customers manage their financial transactions, and support branch operations. You will create a positive customer experience while identifying opportunities to promote PNC products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Ensures a unique customer experience that is dedicated to enhancing financial wellness and fostering customer loyalty.
• Processes different types of customer engagements accurately and efficiently.
• Counsels customers on the alternative methods they can use for their financial dealings.
• Recognizes potential openings during customer interactions and delegates them to the relevant branch representatives.
• Drives customer participation in lobby programs and substantial interactions.
• Customizes PNC products and services to align with customer needs.
• Discerns sales possibilities and refers customers to the relevant team members for broadening relationships.
• Educates clients about utilizing digital banking tools, technological solutions, and self-help outlets for effective financial transaction management.
• Demonstrates product and procedural expertise in effectively solving customer concerns.
• Ensures that all teller and branch operations are conducted with precision, in compliance with PNC guidelines and protocols.

Qualifications:

• Not required to have prior experience.
• A university or college degree is usually not a prerequisite for roles at this level.
• It is recommended that applicants possess a high school diploma or GED.
• Similar levels of education, job-related certifications, or applicable background, such as military service, will be taken into account.
