Our employees in Retail Support are a key piece to the success and daily functions of our branches across Zions Bank.

Retail Support is a department of traveling tellers and bankers who support Zions Bank branches throughout their geographical area in the case of absenteeism. This position offers an opportunity to gain a large skill set in the fundamentals of banking while also providing networking opportunities. Our mission is to support our branches and help them to fulfill strategic objectives and carry out Zions Bank's company vision.

Qualifications:

• Applicants must possess a High School Diploma or a comparable qualification and demonstrate at least 2 years of experience in banking, cashiering, customer service, financial reconciliation, or similar roles, or have successfully finished a company-sanctioned training course.
• A strong grasp of cashier operations, financial balancing, debit and credit mechanisms, and familiarity with banking offerings are key competencies sought in applicants.
• Acquired mathematical expertise.
• Having a solid foundation in equilibrium maintenance and customer satisfaction proficiency is necessary.
• Competence in proposing supplementary services that align with client demands.

The ideal candidate for this position should have the skills and experience required to:

• Assume responsibility for providing superior service while safeguarding the branch to prevent any losses.
• Retain a comprehensive understanding of how branches function.
• Grow the client roster through the application of successful selling and coaching techniques, encompassing activities such as processing loan applications, upselling various bank services, and delivering comprehensive guidance throughout the banking experience.
• Be in charge of executing cash transactions and other customer service obligations at the branch.
• Undertake miscellaneous duties as instructed.
