Job Summary of Floating Relationship Banker:

As a Floating Relationship Banker at Banner Bank, your core function is to deliver backup support as a teller/banker across several retail branches within a specified geographical location. Each day presents a new work location, but your primary goal remains the same - to ensure that every client has a positive interaction with the bank while you process their transactions competently and efficiently. You will be expected to identify and recommend bank products and services that may benefit clients.
