As a Relationship Banker, you will play a key role in:

• Managing, retaining, and acquiring long-lasting win-win relationships with our customers.
• Identifying and understanding customers' long-term financial needs and offering tailored product and service solutions.
• Leveraging the bank’s latest technology products to meet our customers' expanding needs.

Responsibilities include:

• Achieving quarterly and annual team/branch sales goals: CI, CRE, SBA, mortgage, treasury management, deposits, wealth management investment products, international deposits/wires, and other commercial and consumer products.
• Sourcing and developing loans including but not limited to HELOC, Residential Loan, and Commercial Loan.
• Complying with annual renewals and all regulations for MLO; understands the interest rates, financing, and calculations to better service potential mortgage customers.
• Maintains a thorough knowledge of the bank's deposit, loan, and ancillary products and an understanding of the qualifications required.
• Assists customers with financial needs such as cash withdrawals, deposits, transfers, loan/credit card payments, wire transfers, and foreign currency exchange.
• Is a highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and focus on results with clients' best interest in mind.
• Applies strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to meet clients' needs.
• Engages and partners with team members and other lines of business to offer the most appropriate products to customers based on customers' needs.
• Communicates effectively and confidently while engaging with clients.
• Is able to learn products, services, and technologies quickly and educate customers on conducting banking transactions online, via mobile app, and self-service portals.
• Is an expert in using digital resources and technologies to optimize clients' digital banking experience.
• Has a strong desire and ability to influence, educate, and connect customers to technology.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications include:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of customer service, teller, sales experience, and MLO experience within the banking and/or financial service industry highly preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of branch operations.
• Consultative relationship sales role in a related industry, with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening customer relationships, and delivering results.
• Professional and thorough, with strong follow-up skills.
• Able to adapt to new processes and technologies quickly.
• Strong familiarity and fluency with branch technology, mobile, and online banking platforms.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and customer-service skills.
