Banking Relationship Managers are responsible for developing, managing, and expanding relationships with commercial clients to support business growth and long-term financial success.This role focuses on serving mid-market clients by delivering tailored lending, deposit, and financial solutions while ensuring alignment with organizational risk policies and achieving defined sales objectives.The position requires strong business development capabilities, including identifying new opportunities, strengthening existing client relationships, and providing strategic financial guidance. You will act as the primary client contact, ensuring high-quality service delivery while maintaining a profitable and well-balanced portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage relationships with new and existing commercial banking clients.
• Identify opportunities for loans, deposits, and cross-selling financial products.
• Structure, negotiate, and close lending and credit transactions.
• Analyze financial statements and evaluate client creditworthiness.
• Provide customized financial solutions aligned with client business goals.
• Build and maintain strong referral networks with industry professionals.
• Ensure compliance with credit policies, regulatory requirements, and risk standards.
• Drive portfolio growth and achieve or exceed performance targets.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Develop specialized knowledge in assigned industries or market segments as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in commercial banking, credit, or financial services.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience managing complex client portfolios.

• Solid understanding of credit analysis and risk management
