Taking on the role of Branch Operations Lead means you will have a significant impact on:

• Helping customers address their financial necessities by aiding them in tasks like withdrawing cash, depositing money, transferring funds, and repaying loans through various channels like online services and mobile apps.
• Directing the inexperienced staff in the department and supplying guidance and authorizations as requested.
• Collaborating with the Assistant Branch Manager to help the branch team excel in sales performance, customer service, and operational effectiveness.

Responsibilities include:

• Display strong customer service capabilities to support customers with their financial requirements and promptly and efficiently resolve escalated client grievances or problems.
• Aid customers visiting the branch by presenting them with a variety of banking solutions and services, which involve the administration of safe deposit boxes, management of merchant/vault and ATM operations, conversion of foreign currencies, and the facilitation of new account setups.
• Provide training for junior branch personnel to effectively spot sales prospects and referral possibilities while upholding the bank's compliance standards and operational protocols.
• Advise clients to connect with Business Relationship Managers or Financial Consultants to assess their needs and explore opportunities for cross-selling bank offerings.
• Well-versed in maximizing the digital banking experience for customers through the use of technology.
• Assist clients in understanding how to complete straightforward transactions through convenient banking methods like online banking, mobile banking, and ATM services.
• Support the Assistant Branch Manager by aiding with branch certifications and ensuring compliance during audits.
• Execute tasks as directed by superiors.

Qualifications include:

• The minimum educational requirement is a high school diploma or GED, while having a Bachelor's degree is advantageous.
• Must possess over three years of experience in customer service, teller roles, or sales positions in the banking or finance field.
• Comprehensive knowledge of branch operations is a must.
• Knowledge of standard branch equipment and teller devices.
• Capable of tackling problems, making decisions, and providing top-notch customer service.
