Job Summary:

First Financial Bank is seeking an experienced Wealth Advisor to serve as the primary relationship manager for wealth management clients. This role is responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, providing customized investment strategies, and delivering comprehensive financial planning solutions aligned with client goals and risk tolerance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for wealth management clients while delivering high-quality service experiences.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to support retention and business growth.
• Develop a strong understanding of clients’ financial goals, investment objectives, family situations, and risk tolerance.
• Design and implement tailored investment and asset allocation strategies based on individual client needs.
• Coordinate with internal teams and investment groups to address portfolio requirements and financial planning strategies.
• Provide clients with updates on portfolio changes and market strategies through regular reviews.
• Utilize financial planning tools and approaches to support client acquisition and retention.
• Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, internal policies, and investment review requirements.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of five years of experience in investment management, portfolio management, or wealth advisory.
• Experience in managing client relationships and delivering financial advisory services.
• Strong knowledge of investment products, risk management, asset allocation, and portfolio strategies.
• Experience with financial planning tools and investment systems.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Business development experience in banking or financial services is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field is preferred.
• CFA or CFP certification is preferred.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and industry best practices.

• Ability to sit, stand, and move throughout the workday as required.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally.
