Job Overview:Banking Associate

Banking Associates focus on delivering customer service, supporting financial transactions, and assisting clients with basic banking needs while promoting relevant banking products and services.

This role requires 40 hours per week and is located in Clinton, MD. The Banking Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service, supporting sales activities, processing transactions, and helping clients with their financial needs while building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers with account inquiries, transactions, and service requests
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable banking products and services
Process deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions accurately
Provide excellent customer service across branch, phone, and digital channels
Support branch operations and sales initiatives
Ensure compliance with banking policies, procedures, and regulations

Additional Responsibilities:

May be eligible to serve as a Notary Public

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required
2+ years of customer service or sales experience preferred

Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused and sales-oriented mindset
Ability to work in a team and use digital tools effectively

Licensing Requirement:

May require registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS)
