Branch Operations Trainer

The candidate will be tasked with running training programs for our Branch and Call Center personnel focusing on operations and sales. We are looking for someone who is deeply interested in education and growth within the workplace, and who can deliver training to employees in a way that is both engaging and motivational.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading Retail Learning & Development sessions by helping participants understand and apply Rockland Trust procedures
• Collaborate in conducting training workshops that highlight Rockland Trust's customer service standards and sales philosophy
• Organize virtual and physical classrooms to receive new attendees
• Produce all the requisite instructional resources for every class
• Present ideas to the Training Managers on enriching the classroom training content with modern and interactive elements to enhance participant involvement
• Able to conduct educational workshops both online and in face-to-face settings at diverse Rockland Trust sites
• Measure the talents and standard of work performance exhibited by employees
• Help the Retail Learning & Development Training Team with administrative tasks and projects as and when required

Qualifications include:

• Ideal candidates will demonstrate prior training experience or relevant involvement in the banking sector
• Feeling confident in one's capacity to deliver interesting speeches to crowds of varying sizes and familiarity
• Steadfast commitment to superior customer care
• Effective communication involves being able to articulate thoughts concisely and interact with individuals in a meaningful way
• Capability to oversee group interactions and hands-on activities while providing professional input
• Showcasing the ability to inspire others through sustained enthusiasm and patience while embodying a positive outlook
• Having the capacity to perform effectively amidst a quick-paced work environment
• Shows a focused, structured, and systematic approach to completing tasks and achieving goals
• Adept at utilizing technology, with a focus on Microsoft Office suite and workplace video conferencing software.
• Skilled in creating and maintaining positive connections with new hires and colleagues
• Ability to move between different training locations throughout the Rockland Trust service area
