Position Overview for Wealth Manager:

As a Wealth Manager at PNC, you will provide exceptional customer service, help customers manage their financial transactions, and support branch operations. You will create a positive customer experience while identifying opportunities to promote PNC products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Ensures a one-of-a-kind customer experience that concentrates on enhancing financial prosperity and promoting customer dedication.
• Manages different types of customer interactions with efficiency and precision.
• Guides customers in exploring different avenues for handling their financial transactions.
• Discovers opportunities in customer engagements and directs them to the appropriate branch personnel.
• Encourages customers to partake in lobby activities and engaging conversations.
• Presents PNC products and services in a way that meets the needs of customers.
• Identifies sales prospects and refers clients to the suitable team members to enhance relationships.
• Supports customers in learning about digital banking tools, technological choices, and self-help resources for managing financial transactions efficiently.
• Applies product and procedural proficiency to effectively tackle customer problems.
• Oversees the completion of teller and branch activities with precision, following the established policies and procedures of PNC.

Qualifications:

• Not required to have prior experience.
• Employment roles at this level commonly do not call for a university or college accreditation.
• A high school diploma or GED is the preferred level of education.
• Similar mixtures of education, job-specific certifications, or applicable experience (including military history) may be factored in.
