Outline the activities filling your day

You will be:

• Walking clients through the process of selecting Treasury Management products and services that align with their needs.
• Tasked with overseeing the accomplishment of requests made by clients, TM Sales Officers, or Client Service Specialists.
• Ensuring optimal client interactions by communicating through telephone, email, Teams, or in-person engagements that align with individual preferences.
• Ensuring top-quality client encounters for each and every customer served.
• Responsible for generating client documents, coordinating client signatures via DocuSign (or other approved methods), and activating services by directly inputting client preferences into host systems like TIB and NextGen.
• Engaged in working with operational partners to implement additional services like ACH, Lockbox, Remote Deposit, and others.
• Responsible for ascertaining that client requests are duly authorized.
• Following through with unresolved items and verifying documentation.
• Meeting performance standards as per agreed service level agreements and departmental regulations.
• One aspect of the role may involve training clients by facilitating their use of the TM Knowledge Center or offering one-on-one training sessions.
• Remaining informed about product modifications, carefully examining all product guides.

• Familiarity with banking, bank management tools, treasury services, accounting, or equivalent professional backgrounds.
• Competence in treasury and cash management items, practices, provisions, financial evaluations, and account examinations.
• Ensuring excellent customer assistance and showing adept problems solving skills,
• Demonstrates strong follow-through skills, exceptional organization, and clear communication both verbally and in writing.
• Exemplifying a sharp focus on particulars.
• Capacity to collaborate with clients, vendors, and team members effectively.
• Competent in working with Microsoft Office products like Word, Excel, and similar systems.
• The minimum requirement for this position is a High School diploma, GED, or a comparable level of education, with the possibility of meeting job requirements through a mixture of education and experience.
