Job Description for Wealth Planning Advisor:

We are in search of a dedicated and meticulous Wealth Planning Advisor to become part of our Wholesale Finance Team. The position involves duties such as predicting, planning, concluding month-end operations, and compiling reports and data accurately and promptly for internal and external deployment concerning the supported business lines.

Responsibilities for Wealth Planning Advisor:

• Responsible for overseeing the monthly forecasting and annual budgeting activities using financial systems and spreadsheet tools, collaborating closely with Senior Leadership to establish precise and implementable financial strategies.
• Undertake a comprehensive variance assessment, pinpoint critical elements impacting performance opportunities and risks, and supply comprehensive insights to elucidate financial results to the management team.
• Offer financial insights to Senior Leadership.
• Establish and manage in-depth financial models and dashboards for tracking key performance indicators and financial metrics.
• Develop financial documentation for upper management at regular intervals, including monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports, integrating visual elements to emphasize trends and enhance comprehension.
• Help all stakeholders within the organization by documenting and monitoring business catalysts, financial implications, and advancements towards strategic aims.
• Engage in teamwork with Accounting, FP&A, and other departments to secure harmony of information between financial projections and operational performance.
• Execute all supplementary assignments as instructed.

Qualifications for Wealth Planning Advisor:

• Completion of a bachelor's program in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related area is mandatory.
• A professional with a track record spanning 3 to 5 years.
• Solid comprehension of financial principles coupled with a demonstrated aptitude for financial modeling and analysis; proven ability to interpret financial statements.
• Skilled at effectively communicating complex information through articulate verbal and written presentations.
• Working across different departments and with numerous stakeholders at the Bank is a key component of this role, necessitating a mindset focused on teamwork.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and PowerPoint is necessary, while experience in tools like Hyperion Essbase, Alteryx, Tableau, and Power BI is advantageous.
• Capacity to multitask effectively and deliver results within specified time frames.
