Job Description:

The Commercial Banking Manager is responsible for the strategic management and growth of a commercial client portfolio. The role focuses on cultivating deep client partnerships, driving business expansion, and maintaining a high standard of credit integrity across all accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee high-value commercial lending portfolios and deposit assets.
• Establish and maintain enduring professional relationships with current clients and potential prospects.
• Direct and manage the full lifecycle of loan and deposit inquiries and applications.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide integrated and effective banking solutions.
• Evaluate loan applications thoroughly and verify that all essential documentation is accurately finalized.
• Monitor portfolio health and proactively implement risk management strategies.
• Ensure all banking activities strictly adhere to established organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
• Deliver exceptional customer support by efficiently resolving complex client issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven background in commercial lending, specifically with 5 to 10 years of industry experience.
• Demonstrated competence in technical credit assessment and the formulation of structured lending terms.
• In-depth knowledge of financial protocols and banking regulations essential for compliant operations.

• Expertise in strategic sales tactics and high-level relationship management.
• Strong analytical capabilities paired with clear and effective communication skills.
• Highly organized with a meticulous focus on detail.
• Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.

Additional Information:

• This role is primarily office-based and involves consistent computer-related tasks.
• Travel may be required periodically to meet business objectives or client needs.
